I believe this article reflects a non-biased view of online ticket brokering. This is especially true if you look at the article for 'Ticket Touting', which is completely opinionated and not a source of objective information. Use of the word 'touting' is colloquial, and ought to be framed as such.
I am willing to remove those aspects of this article that appear contrary in order to add to a more nuetral view of the market to the database.
