Olympic Park Sprint[edit]

This line - or at least, the Lidcombe-Olympic Park shuttle - is more commonly known as the Olympic Park Sprint, rather than the Olympic Park line. Although a move may be out of order, perhaps there should be some sort of redirect for this name? -Spiky Sharkie 14:00, 6 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I changed the frequency from 6-5 minutes, as the tmetable says 5 minutes Bcousins (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 23:13, 21 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]

Move discussion in progress[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Northern railway line, Sydney which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RM bot 13:02, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

This pairing of infrastructure and service are very much intertwined. Both articles are very short and are always going to have considerable overlap. The split was performed without discussion so there is no consensus for the current structure. Gareth (talk) 19:50, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. Since the line and its services operate (for the most part) independently of the rest of the network, separate articles would only confuse lay readers. Mqst north (talk) 04:56, 22 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Having separate articles on the physical rail line and the Sydney Trains service seems excessive. The distinction between the two can be easily covered in one article. Wcp07 (talk) 06:49, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
