Notes to expand the article.[edit]

The article provided good information, however, I think it could help if you expanded on the program itself. You could talk about the methods, the set-up, the people involved, the facility, etc. Also the part about the financing, while important, may not be extremely relevant to what the program was about. The financing and awards information could have had its own section and that could have been expanded more to illustrate its level of importance to the program. In addition to all this, try to provide additional context about the outcomes of the program. I appreciated how you cited your sources, but you could have informed the readers where those outcomes are seen. A good addition would be informing the readers how the O40 program was a pathway to other programs. Jbazan424 (talk) 23:31, 20 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
