I have been asked to create this article as I have been volunteering for the organization since 2007 and am a large proponent of wikipedia. Although I've made many minor edits to articles on wikipedia it is clear that I am no expert when it comes to article creation. Maintaining neutral based objectiveness while attempting to include links to notable articles from reputable sources is proving difficult. I am seeking aid from people in my community and perhaps I'll have to recommend that we solicit the services of a professional to flush out this article. Please keep this in mind when reviewing this article for deletion.

Thank you,
