This is very badly written. I can't follow it. Do it over.--149.152.34.113 19:56, 17 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to attempt to do so yourself if you believe it is badly written. Don't expect others to do your homework for you. 75.70.123.215 02:27, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Walter Nixon resigned?[edit]

I flagged the section because I don't recall ever hearing that he had resigned prior to the impeachment. In fact, had he resigned, wouldn't the impeachment be dismissed as moot? Also, anons had added text that suggest he wasn't impeached. If he wasn't impeached, how could he have been constitutionally "tried?" I believe that the facts contain purposeful errors as it currently stands.Ngchen (talk) 17:13, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Fixed. No he most definitely did not resign, and most definitely was impeached. bd2412 T 17:27, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
