Communist membership[edit]

@DP598: You cannot just assume someone is a Communist just because they joined the National assembly. This 1987 source clearly stated that Oánh "was elected as a non-Communist Party member to the new National Assembly". So please remove the claim of Communist membership unless you are able to provide a reliable source. Plus, according to this source from the government, among 496 elected members, the percentage of Communist members is 93%, so Oanh might as well belong to the other 7%.
