Per WP:CAPS, the current title should be New York State Labor Day derechos, and the proposed title should be New York State Labor Day derechos of 1998. Actually, I'm not even sure about the "State." It's not always used as disambiguation in titles, is it? I suppose it should be capitalized if it stays, though. --BDD (talk) 16:17, 6 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
