According to http://www.cdfifund.gov/how_to_apply/index.asp they're still taking applications, but the article says the program expired. Don't want to edit since def not an expert, but thought I should bring it up to someone. JasonNichols (talk) 16:20, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
