Suggestions for Edits[edit]

Major Edits[edit]

I did some extensive editing of this article as it appeared that it hadn't been touched in years. I am associated with the aquarium, but my goal was to present an objective summary of the aquarium's history, exhibits, and conservation work by adding missing information and removing incorrect and/or misleading information. I am not going to make any more edits, but I can continue to add citations if that would be appropriate. In my last edit, I did my best to remove anything that could be considered less than neutral or superfluous. --Narwhal989 (talk) 16:30, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Areas for improvement?[edit]

Hey all, I'd like to further improve this article, since it's cited as B-Class--what do people suggest adding? Commquarium 19:45, 12 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As a suggestion, a little information on their loss of accreditation and its impact on the aquarium (if any) may be helpful. I was suprised in visiting there the other day how little has changed in the main display area in the last 20 odd years, and the general condition of the site (no air conditioning, multiple dead fish in displays). I don't want to paint a bad picture of the Aquarium, but its not all rosey either. I'm not familar with the Aquarium & its operations, just a visitor that was suprised at the general state of things.

Rating[edit]

As this article lacks inline citations of any form (or true references at all; it only has external links) I have boldly lowered the rating from B-class to C-class (see Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Assessment/B-Class criteria). I'll see if I can work on citing the current facts, or converting the plain external links currently in the article into true references. If anyone feels the article should regain the B-class status, feel free to talk about it here. Thanks! — The Earwig (talk) 03:31, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Intro paragraph[edit]

The opening paragraph is really one sided and doesn't have any citations; I think I'm going to rewrite it. Chris (talk) 20:14, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
