NDPC article or Guo Quan article?[edit]

This article reads like a summarised version of Guo Quan and has very little information on the party itself. The entire 'About Guo Quan' section should be removed and added to the page on Guo Quan, additionally research needs to be done on the party as a whole including policies, purpose etc.. and avoid focusing on one high-profile individual who has a dedicated article for that purpose.
