Rewrite[edit]

I've tried to rewrite parts of this to be a little less awkwardly written. Many facts are repeating themselves and some facts are blatantly just wrong. I think there's also a little bit of negetive bias in these words, so I've tried to make it a bit more neutral POV. ADDITIONAL: I don't know where the idea that the Brewery is a Georgian style building came from, since the reference seems to be about English buildings in Canada, but since the Brewery and most of the buildings here were created by germans I have deleted this reference.
