Is Nephew Tommy really Steve Harvey's Nephew or is that just part of the comedy?..............

well it'd explain the stagename. In some of the prankcalls he and the person he is pranking

Thomas Miles (entertainer) → Nephew Tommy – Current title only gets 3 non-error plain Google hits, moved 2011 from Thomas "Nephew Tommy" Miles but still WP:COMMONNAME even if Philly Trib "Nephew Tommy looks to broaden scope"; Alternatively other sources have Thomas Miles (comedian) as "Comedian Thomas Miles: No hang-ups about prank calls on 'Steve Harvey' show".
