Request for Comment: Keene as a WP:RS[edit]

Specifically as to Professor Keene and Native Appropriations as sources on cultural appropriation and racism re: Order of the Arrow: Talk:Order of the Arrow#Request for comment regarding Keene. Could also use more eyes on that article and help sourcing. - CorbieV 18:00, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Followup:
Per This RfC: Request for comment regarding Keene, Adrienne Keene's official blog, Native Appropriations, meets the criteria noted as an exception in the WP:BLOG policy/guideline: "Self-published expert sources may be considered reliable when produced by an established subject-matter expert, whose work in the relevant field has previously been published by reliable, independent publications." Per the RfC, Keene is a notable expert on the topic of cultural appropriation from Native American cultures, having been cited by RS sources on the topic, and Native Appropriations can be used as a source. - CorbieVreccan 18:58, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
