State or National?[edit]
I asked a professional sworn translator, she told me that National is more correct and used in EU documents ("National Public Prosecutor’s Office - state to państwowy odpowiednikiem krajowy w terminologii obecnej tez unijnej jest national - takiego lub krótsza forma National Prosecutor’s Office jest spotykana w róznych oficjalnych dokuemntacvh - State nie.").
