Eh, I'm not sure I can give the article the quality I'd like. I got kind of "roped into it" because I didn't want the National Association page to redirect to an empty page. You would think that the second largest Klan of the sixties would have enough material between the Newton book, the HUAC investigations and online, but it doesn't seem like it. I'll try to work with what I got. --Dudeman5685 (talk) 00:20, 17 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This articles names a Charles Maddox, as being a senior member of the KKK and oddly links that name to Charles Manson (the infamous leader of the Manson family). I can only assume this is an error by Wikipedia or the editor of article. There is no evidence I've ever read that Charles Manson was involved in the KKK. And during the time mentioned in the article (early to mid 1960s) Charles Manson was still in prison. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C6:390:E701:D11B:C724:A866:3C8F (talk) 09:19, 21 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Removed link to Charles Manson. It'll stay red for now. -Chickeness — Preceding unsigned comment added by Chickeness (talkcontribs) 22:22, 12 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
