Untitled[edit]

The relationship between NECA and USAC is verifiable and meaningful. Unless they divested and I just can't find any documents about it, NECA is the sole stockholder in USAC. If you search fcc.gov for NECA and USAC you will find language such as "we direct NECA and USAC..." from as recent as 2007.
