We can not say "most prestigious" on the basis of a mention of the term in a newspaper story. An award for people under 45, and specifically stated for "Career Development" and where as man y as 10 people receive the prize each year in this single discipline, cannot be a prize of the highest prestige. Such awards are normally given to a single person (or 2 or sometimes 3) at the culmination of their career,. An official statement of the relationship of the two awards would very much help DGG ( talk ) 17:34, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
