Quote copyright?[edit]

There is a long quote from the Government Gazette of South Africa. Works by the US government are in the public domain but that isn't generally true of other countries, it's a specific US feature. Is the use of that quote clear of CV concerns? RJFJR (talk) 15:30, 22 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
