Fair use rationale for Image:Poster nascar.jpg[edit]

Image:Poster nascar.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

"Digger" lowers ratings?[edit]

I know that Digger is unpopular, but did he really cause lower ratings during FOX part of the season? Pja1981 (talk) 17:47, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It is a common belief among fans that that stupid gopher did, however it's not a sure thing. --raganbaby_6 01:20, 18 November 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Raganbaby 6 (talkcontribs)

Why is the quote about Digger censored? If this is truly to be an encyclopedic reference, there should be no need to have it censored--plenty of other Wiki pages have profanity. Modor (talk) 18:53, 2 April 2014 (UTC)Modor[reply]

NASCAR on Fox or Fox NASCAR?[edit]

According to an edit by ViperSnake151,

"actually this IS intentional, as they've been standardizing it all on Fox (sport name) lately according to a designer)"

NFL on Fox is still being called NFL on Fox though social media outlets still saying "NFL on Fox", same thing goes with MLB. ACMEWikiNet (talk) 13:43, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Though the logos say otherwise, and they really have been using that name pattern (the designer, on a forum, said that they liked the horizontal Fox Soccer logo they designed but wanted an excuse to keep using it as a supplemental logo for soccer coverage. See also Fox College Football, etc). ViperSnake151  Talk  05:28, 29 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The official show title name is still NASCAR on Fox, per Facebook.com/NASCARonFOX. While I believe the article title should be moved to reflect the official show title name, I am requesting further comment from any and all other editors interested so as to reach a WP:CONSENSUS on this topic. @Charlesaaronthompson: As I suggested, start a new section with a requested move as this will summon other users (who may or may not have this page (or affected pages) on their watchlist) to the page; otherwise most probably won’t see it and a consensus won’t be made. @Corkythehornetfan: OK, how do I start a new section with a requested move? Charlesaaronthompson (talk) 18:43, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Charlesaaronthompson: as I mentioned on my talk page, see WP:RM. There’s instructions there. Corky 22:52, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
