Wikinfo and Wikipedia will be happiest if they go their separate ways. In this case, I propose, if deleted, to write an article on this subject, based on standard modern sources, which is entirely internal to Wikipedia. If any Wikipedian comes along and edits, inserting any information which may appear in Wikinfo, sourced to a credible source, what then happens to it will be normal editing. The footnote-citation in the article does not make it clear exactly from which source this quote was taken: "there is a story in Plutarch, (Quaest. Rom. 84), of Myson making in winter a fork for tossing the corn, and, when Chilon wondered at it, of his justifying himself by an apposite answer; where Myson is opposed, as a Perioecian farmer, to the noble Spartan." Perhaps whoever added the ref can clarify. Also, I expect that the average reader would be quite mystified by the references in the footnote. So I don't know that they are helpful. I deleted it as of 23 April 2010. I've given this page a bit of a clean-up. The reference for that story is given in the very first version of this page [1], but it seems a pretty vague anecdote. Singinglemon (talk) 16:00, 23 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
