Article content[edit]

Music and lyrics
  • The song also includes Timbaland beatboxing and adding toy sounds. I'm not exactly sure what these toy sounds are. Can this be described any other way?
    • No, but the source says "toy sounds".
  • Aaliyah and Are You That Somebody? should be wikilinked.
    • Per WP:BTW, "Generally items within quotations should not be linked; instead, the relevant links should wherever possible be placed in the surrounding text of the article." But, I added the links, since I have "autobiographical" linked.
Critical reception
  • Sal Cinquemani of Slant Magazine predicted that "My Love" would be featured as the next single, preceding "SexyBack", wrote that the track… If you omit preceding "SexyBack", the sentence reads Sal Cinquemani of Slant Magazine predicted that "My Love" would be featured as the next single, wrote that the track…, which doesn't make too much sense.
    • I removed the bit.
  • Crazy Frog should be wikilinked. Does Laughing-Policeman have an article? The best I found was a disambiguation page, The Laughing Policeman, and I wasn't sure it was any of those articles.
    • Done.
Music video
  • The second paragraph seems a bit too much in detail. I would consider cutting down a bit.
    • I cut.
Charts
  • Generally, mariah-charts.com is considered an unreliable source, as the peaks there don't match with the peaks with the official charts websites at times. You should consider using Ultratop and Billboard for citing the peak positions. Further information can be found at WP:GOODCHARTS.
    • Has been replaced.

* I removed the Hot Digital Songs chart as this is a component chart of the Billboard Hot 100, and should be omitted when it charts there. I also reordered the charts to be listed alphabetically.

  • Looking over the sources, the peak positions of the Canadian Airplay Chart and the Turkey Top 20 Chart aren't verified in any of the sources. — Σxplicit 23:21, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Release history
  • This section is not sourced.
    • Added refs.
