Writing and production credits

Can I ask how we know all of these writing and production credits already? I mean the record was only officially announced the other day and only two songs have been released from it right now. There's no way that the iTunes Store references provided are giving all of that information, and unless there is a suitable citation for all these songwriters and producers (which there probably isn't right now), I suggest that they be removed for now. Can someone add Ariana as a writer on "Problem" in the tracklisting? Thanks! 98.116.131.34 (talk) 03:03, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

I think someone should also add "the album went to number 1 on the iTunes Store charts in over 80 countries in the first 24 hours." somewhere in the beginning, or something similar, because it isn't included anywhere. thanks! [1] Joshgrande (talk) 11:32, 4 October 2014 (UTC)

Bang Bang

Isn't “Bang Bang” a single from this album? That is what it's own article says. 108.49.77.67 (talk) 21:31, 5 August 2014 (UTC)

Reviews?

You also have these reviews. Could someone include them as well?

The 3rd single should be Bang Bang because the song is. 50.159.225.2 (talk) 02:43, 27 August 2014 (UTC)

Not doneBillboard says the song is only a single promoting Jessie J's album Sweet Talker. It says the song appears on Grande's album, but does not say it is a single from it. A single being on an album ≠ the song being a single from that album, and you need a source saying the latter for it to be listed as a single from My Everything. –Chase (talk / contribs) 03:07, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
Comment: Billboard actually said that "Bang Bang" is indeed a single from My Everything. This Hot 100 chart (see no. 10) also lists it as single from My Everything (Deluxe Edition). Bluesatellite (talk) 23:55, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
Comment: Yes, My Everything (Deluxe) was listed under Bang Bang for its first three weeks on the chart. However, subsequently, Billboard changed it to Sweet Talker and thereafter. Jessie J has confirmed that it was the lead single from Sweet Talker. However, Ariana never mentioned it being the third single from My Everything, nor did anyone on her team. She acknowledged that she was on the song but nothing more. Also, on iTunes, Bang Bang is a deluxe track, and it cannot be purchased separately. It comes exclusively with the album, if it was a single from the album, they would have it available for individual purchase. Wikimusic7 (talk) 14:17, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
Comment: Also, there are over twenty articles listing One Last Time as the fourth single from the album, not the fifth. Here are some of them: [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] Wikimusic7 (talk) 14:29, 6 June 2015 (UTC)

Critical reception section

Sources like The Digital Spy, Idolator, Virgin Media, Entertainment.ie, AXS and Evigshed should not be used when we have a cadre of Metacritic reviews for an album like this one. On the subject of the Financial Times, they are not a Metacritic publication nor are they a music magazine or a newspaper. The Oakland Press review by Gary Graff is from a noted and respect music journalist and it is in a newspaper to boot. The Observer is a Metacritic publication and is a highly respected newspaper and esteemed for being so by utilization on Metacritic. Vibe is a music magazine, so its opinion on an album is highly thought of in music and R&B circles. When sources are out their such as Newsday, The Plain Dealer, Tampa Bay Times, Knoxville News Sentinel, and even more Metacritic ones like AbsolutePunk, The 405, Pretty Much Amazing, we should not be using webzines with little significance such as AXS in any way. We have way better sources that are highly thought of that I am leaving out of the prose in this section. So, I will delete AXS from the prose in three days or 72 hours with or without a response from the other party in the matter.AdditionSubtraction (talk) 14:32, 31 August 2014 (UTC)

The critical response section has been changed to 'mixed to positive reviews'. The album received 'generally positive reviews' on metacritic which needs it needs to be changed, but it's not allowing me to. This is synthesis. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.2.239.210 (talk) 18:22, 25 May 2016 (UTC)

Edit a Request

Denisia "Blu June" Andrews and Brittany Coney should be added as writers on track No. 6 "Best Mistake". Who should we contact regarding this matter? Legal documents can be provided upon request. Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 104.33.26.107 (talk) 22:18, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

Certifications

In The U.S. certifications section it states that the album has sold/shipped 1,300,000 copies, and a link to a Billboard article is cited. But the Billboard article actually states 300,000 copies sold (Oct. 2014). Therefore it is not possible it has sold that amount. Please adjust to 1,000,000 copies based upon shipments, as the album has yet to sell 1,000,000 copies.

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of My Everything (Ariana Grande album)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Fair use rationale for File:Ariana Grande - Break Free.ogg

File:Ariana Grande - Break Free.ogg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a non-free use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Remove her as author from Problem. She is not credited as writer on the album (check album credits via Spotify etc.) And the source doesn't mention her writing the song. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:8109:1EBF:E7D0:D0F4:6101:DFF1:7E93 (talk) 09:43, 25 October 2020 (UTC)
