Biography - 19-Oct-06[edit]

I've deleted the entire biography section, as it was taken verbatim from Mervyn Morris' introduction to 'Mutabaruka - The First Poems'. You can read the text on www.mutabaruka.com if you want.

Cannabis use[edit]

Claiming that Mutabaruka doesnt smoke cannabis cos he allegedly said so in a poetry reading but without attempting to ref such a claim is not acceptable, esecially in a BLP bio. I can find no reference to such a claim on google so basically we were making thi claim unverified, which is completely unacceptable. I have retained the bit about him being an activist for the legalization of cannabis; he has criticized rastas for ill-disciplined use of cannabis, which might be worthy of inclusion. ♫ RichardWeiss talk contribs 21:57, 24 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
