Q: Why is it not "Assassination of David Amess"?
A: Reliable sources, particularly British reliable sources, are not using the term "assassination" in regards to his death. Therefore, Wikipedia is also not using the term "assassination". (See this discussion and Wikipedia:Assassination for more on this FAQ.)
