"never aired outside its native Canada"[edit]
As a child in the 80's I lived in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Aramco petroleum company operated a terrestrial TV channel (known as "Channel 3") which broadcast Mr. Microchip. It might be that the show was broadcast illegally, as from what I'm aware neither Saudi or it's neighbour countries were particularly good at enforcing copyright during this period. --Salimfadhley (talk) 22:11, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
