This article is a good beginning, but it could use some work. (For example, what was Morcant Bulc king of? This should be prominently in the first line, in my opinion.) Fogster 16:04, 12 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I have reworked this article to reflect what little is really known about this man. Unfortunately, despite what the article originally stated, it is not known where Morcant Bulc was king of. Therefore I have left the title as it is. However, would it be useful to just call the article Morcant or Morken, Morgan of the North perhaps, and then have it cover the three (or more?) King Urien of Rheged was betrayed by King Morcant [Morgant Bulc].

St. Kentigern grandson of King Urien of Rheged was the enemy of King Morken, could he be Morcant grandson of Morgant Bulc? (The same two generations later in the pedigrees.)
