"As a likely unwitting alternate use of the term, the play on words is yet somewhat cultural."

What? I re-read this sentence three times and I have no idea what this is saying.

I cleaned up the article so it would be easier to understand. I was considering taking the 'mormon' distinction off the article, since when I googled 'Mollywood', most of the film links that came up were South Asian. But I dont know enough about any kind of Mollywood to make that decision. MrPMonday 19:05, 31 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The Ghost and Molly McGee[edit]

Coimenda, can you find sources where the Ghost and Molly McGee episode "Horray for Mollywood!" is referred to as "Mollywood" alone? If not, then the entry, as I indicated to you in the edit summary from my first reversion, should not be included in this page, in compliance with the guideline at MOS:DABNOENTRY. Oh, I get it; I didn't know what you meant before. Mollywood would be a concept within the episode, rather than the episode title itself. I'll edit it. Coimenda (talk) 16:59, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, sorry, but that's really not a suitable entry even in that form. "Mollywood" in that sense is simply not going to come up in contexts where that episode and that series aren't already part of the context. It's a self-evident pun to anybody who hears or reads it, not even a "concept" per se, not something that would inspire a look-up in an encyclopedia.
