The result of the move request was: moved. Deletion is outside the scope of RM, but I would suggest taking the article to WP:AFD. Jenks24 (talk) 08:58, 30 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Mohan VaidyaMohan Vaidya (Tamil singer) – The talk page for the Carnatic singer redirects to the Nepalese politician because the names can be transliterated the same. I think the article for the singer should be renamed to Mohan Vaidya (Tamil singer) and a new talk page for the singer should be created and the redirect to the Nepalese politician should be deleted FeanorStar7 02:10, 22 November 2015 (UTC)

  • Agree - Restore Vaidya to redirect to Baidya User:FeanorStar7, well spotted, that makes sense Talk:Mohan Vaidya still leads here, evidently someone has inserted a non-notable singer at Mohan Vaidya, common alternative spelling of the Nepalese communist. I would just blank the Tamil singer as a BLP violation and leave it redirecting to the Nepalese communist. Any reason a RM is needed? Go ahead and do it. Question: should the article for the singer be merged with that of his brother Rajhesh Vaidhya? --FeanorStar7 00:27, 24 November 2015 (UTC)
