1939, it sounds like. Singapore is a nation a century in the past.

Reference: http://www.forbes.com/sites/alexkonrad/2015/04/14/apple-and-google-approve-high-there-to-go-global/?linkId=13615001 - If you try to register yourself in the App with your FB user you cannot use it because of restrictions based on age, country or other details. I will add a screenshot of the exact message later. If you are registering without FB, using a normal account you can use the App in Singapore. But: Just saw two guys on Saturday there, today when I checked again, they already disappeared.Never stop exploring (talk)

Its an App for connecting buyers and sellers of Marijuana. Considering Singapore's well-known strict laws against drugs, it would be more relevant to articles about Singapore's drug control/enforcement policies, rather than censorship. Zhanzhao (talk) 03:21, 21 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks Zhanzhao! just moved the discussion to this place, I think the app is more used to meet people with the same interest, that's why the forbes article mentioned that it's the "Tinder (dating app) for Marijuana Fans".
