Judges[edit]

Is it possible to add a section naming the judges of the event? Also, Megan Young was not the only host. Who were the co-hosts?72.245.246.219 (talk) 01:08, 19 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Article issues[edit]

I tagged the article concerning primary sources:

Part of the notability guidelines are covered under the section General notability guideline that states; "If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list.", and includes "Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention...", and "Independent of the subject" excludes works produced by the article's subject or someone affiliated with it.
One problem with the article is that sources that are not "directly" involved with the subject, are otherwise affiliated with the subject. Sources such as MGM National Harbor Newsroom is a press release from MGM. eltribuno.info is titled Elena Roca will not be Miss World Argentina 2016 with statements from the "Miss World Argentina Organization" with a mention of "Miss World". The-star.co.ke is titled Miss World Kenya dropped by franchise over 'grave situation'. These sources support content, specifically WP:BLP's, which is a separate issue.
The point is that the subject should be notable enough that there are reliable sources that are independent of the subject. Otr500 (talk) 02:07, 6 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
