Judges section restored[edit]

I have restored the judges section content. The content is directly relevant, significant and of importance relative to the article's topic, and its omission reduces the quality of the article. Information about the people who judge the performance of a large number of contestants in a contest viewed by 1.2 billion people is highly relevant.
