Before this page gets nominated for deletion (and I know it's coming), you can confirm the episode title by following the source link, clicking "Books, music, etc" selecting the "registration number" box and entering "PAu-3-078-749". "keeps him in his basement with other tow truck drivers" - maybe not intented, but this is simular to the Monty Python "Milkmen scetch" - Ernest Scribbler wrote "The room is full of milkmen.
