Lamb should not be removed from Wikipedia, since it is very notable person[edit]

In 2004, he took a position as Professor and Head of the Department of Social and Developmental Psychology at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, where He is now employed.

He has authored more than 630 publications that have appeared either in peer-reviewed professional journals or in professional books published by academic presses primarily for the readership of other professionals. He has written or edited about 40 books in the field of developmental psychology, development in infancy, mother-child relationships, father-child relationships, the role of the father, sibling relationships, the effects of nontraditional rearing circumstances, the effects of daycare, child abuse, and forensic interview practices. A number of his books, including my books on nontraditional families, are used widely as texts in graduate courses.

From 1987 until 2004, he was head of the Section on Social and Emotional Development and a Senior Research Psychologist at the United States’ National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, an institute within the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Last year he provided an affidavit to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and he contend in Perry v. Schwarzenegger#Psychological effects. Recent edits to article[edit]

Hi there. I think the recent edits to Lamb's article - as in defending him - are really dramatic and unnecessary. While I understand the importance of having both "positive and negative" criticism, I think it's a bit much. I'd like to trim it up a bit, and ideally we need to find a resource that isn't the ACLU (since Lamb is an active member of that organization). Also, I'm going to remove the comment about scholarly reviews - all scholars have to review papers, and so forth, it's nothing new or unique to Lamb.
