If someone is trying to delete this article so that only the article on The Floridians appears, that is terribly misguided. They were two different teams. Take a look at their rosters between 1969-1970 (the last season as the Miami Floridians) and 1970-1971 (first season as The Floridians) and tell me how many players you see on both. Take a look at where they played. Take a look at what the ABA office called them. They're not the same team. The two articles do not belong in one.
