Designer[edit]
Hi, the W203 exterior was designed by Hartmut Sinkwitz, the car sketches are signed by Sinkwitz (1, 2). The patents belong to Sacco and Pfeiffer because they are Daimler representatives (and Sacco was the company’s chief designer, of course). Bessaralien (talk) 14:13, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- I am not sure about that, we don't have a precise date on the sketches, they could very well be after design selection but before design freeze and may be iterative and based on someone else's design. This would need a proper cite, not this rather circumstantial conclusion. Toasted Meter (talk) 16:15, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- I’m adding Sinkwitz as the designer of the W203 since there is an official source. He is already mentioned as th only designer of W211 without any quotation. Maksa (talk) 09:30, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
