Literacy rate[edit]

I did an edit to correct the English. I have a question about the literacy rate: how can the average of 74% and 54% be 75.6%? It should certainly be between the two figures. Wallace McDonald (talk) 05:40, 14 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
