Bias[edit]

The article presents both a personal political bias and error in the following statement: "The symbol of the meander is considered to be a greek trademark, although it was altered and used by nationalists of Europe, degrading by this way its original meaning and value".

The meander, first of all, is only used by Greek nationalists -- and not, as the article alleges, by a number of various European nationalists. Secondly, aside from its use as an ornamental pattern in art and architecture, its only significance and value is as a symbol of Greek nationalism; there is no other "original meaning and value" outside of that. Finally, to state that its use by nationalists constitutes a degradation implies that nationalists and nationalism are debased which is clearly a personal socio-political bias of the author, not to mention quite offensive. I was going to move the section to this talk page because it was broken on my browser as well, but since there have been others who have comment on the same thing and nothing has been done about it, I'll just leave it cut out.
