== nothing wrong? yes there is something wrong its your idea of a joke you fat blout! there is nothing wrong with the article you nerds. it has the plot and characters, just exactly what we need —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.169.40.89 (talk) 19:59, 21 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, this is only because I added the plot summary (practically non-existent at the time) and did a major re-vamp of character summary, which is also why I asked the question below as to if this article still needs to be tagged. Jffner (talk) 12:51, 29 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tagging this article?[edit]

Does this article still need to be tagged as having major issues? It seems quite OK now. The main Maximum Ride article now just gives links to the specific book articles and provides a list of characters in the series. This article now also provides a compact plot summary and a short character summary with a link to the main character summary page. Jffner (talk) 09:07, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

== Where'd the Plot Summary go? in your pants duh!

Despite what is said below about this being merged, the main article, Maximum Ride should NOT be the place to put the entire plot summary, and this goes too with all the other books. What the Maximum Ride article Should be about is a general discription about the book series and a shortened/compressed plot summary about each book with a pointer to the specific book article itself. In fact, the character summary should be on the Maximum Ride article, not here! 203.206.69.126 (talk) 11:12, 6 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Main M.R. Article[edit]

Guys, I don't know if you know this or not but there is a main article for Maximum Ride. Maybe we should do a merge...

I agree, all the articles need to be merged together. Or maybe make a main one with brief explanations and links to the more specific ones.

Rewrite[edit]

I think a complete rewrite is needed.

Also, I don't think a MR category wouldn't be that bad Whstchy 20:46, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, and, once I have read it I will do so. ffm talk 12:37, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me, but I have a comment... THESE SUMMARIES ARE THINGS YOU WOULD READ OFF THE BACK OF THE BOOK! I mean, seriously! Shouldn't there be a little more detail? Please respond.96.231.217.111 (talk) 19:26, 23 July 2010 (UTC)Anonymous[reply]

Can someone please, please rewrite the movie section? Please? 66.167.244.240 (talk) 22:06, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Movie Cast[edit]

The section on the film adaptation is completely unfounded (I cannot find references to any of these actors to be tied in any way officially to the project), gramatically incorrect, and not well written. For now I'm replacing it with the "Film Adaptation" section from the main Maximum Ride page. 69.3.193.209 (talk) 02:35, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Coincidences?[edit]

There's a strange amount of coincidence (most noticably the cover) to the television series Dark Angel. Maybe we should mention that?

Firstly please sign your name on your edits, and I would argue against adding such information as it is merely coincidence, they have no factual relation. — Movie Junkie 15:39, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reason for change?[edit]

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Maximum_Ride%3A_The_Angel_Experiment&action=historysubmit&diff=380033748&oldid=380033278

Why was this changed? The originial seems superior to the revised version. 66.167.244.240 (talk) 22:10, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Re-vamp, Rewrite and Sources[edit]

Hi, This article is in desperate need of attention. I am willing to improve the article by giving it a major re-vamp (improving sections such as the plot and characters, as well as adding themes, literary techniques, praise and aclaim if I can manage all that). I will re-read the book and add chapter references in the rewritten plot (which I hope to shorten; sticking to the major points). I will hope to start this over the next few weeks. Any help is of course appreciated here on Wikipedia.
You may notice I am doing this for all the Maximum Ride book articles.

Fair use rationale for Image:Maxridebook.jpg[edit]

Image:Maxridebook.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

THE TRUTH BEHIND ALL THE ATTEMPT OF MURDER

Hi, i don't think the Ari's feelings were described well enough, let alone all the rest of the characters. Ari is a 7 year old eraser who's dad doesn't care or pay attention to him leaving him jealous of Max. His dad cares about Max because shes going to save the world, enraged Ari tries to kill Max, but deep down he wants her love, attention, and acceptance. I think this is because he doesn't have a mom and the lack of love from his dad has left him in need of appreciation and love.

BY THE WAY I LUVVVVVV THIS BOOK AND THE SERIES TO IT :)

SPOILER MUCH???!?!?!?!?!?!?[edit]

Plot summaries should only include material FROM THE BOOK IT IS BEING WRITTEN ABOUT. Do not include anything else, or the book might be spoiled for others. 67.166.57.119 (talk) 01:29, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

From Wikipedia:Spoilers: "It is not acceptable to delete information from an article because you think it spoils the plot." 66.167.242.226 (talk) 20:22, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Removed tag[edit]

I removed the article issue tag because I did the rewrite--summarizing the lengthy plot, creating a critical reception section, doing things with grammar. It is still getting there though, but I think most of what was the initial problem has been fixed. Anyone who finds this article still having multiple issues, please tell me. Thank you, Swiftink (talk) 14:44, 12 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removed Rumor[edit]

From article: "Max has not yet been cast, although several sources have reported that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are being considered for the parts of Fang and Max, respectively. Several fans have rejected this idea, creating an online petition against the idea."

I couldn't find any news articles to back this up, and in any case online fan petitions are not to be included in the article. 66.167.242.226 (talk) 20:18, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
