Merge?[edit]

This article seems unnecessary and needs a lot of cleanup otherwise. The article is unclear on whether the name ends at the northern US 58/VA 164 interchange or if it also applies to the Midtown Tunnel approach, and it doesn't have enough substance to stand on its own. It might be best to simply merge the article into Virginia State Route 164. Roadsguy (talk) 21:49, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
