External links vs references

This article is unreferenced PROBABLY because the references were placed in the External links section -- and not in any way linked to the information provided in the article. Today it looks as if a couple of users are battling over deleting or keeping the External links section. So I suggest that the user who wants to keep the External links section use reference tags inside the article to link the external sources to the statements included in the article. The way this article stands, it's entirely unreferenced and could be blanked on those grounds. If you don't know how to do this, see WP:Footnotes - How to use. Hope this is helpful. - 01:48, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

As it is a practical topic, there a few theoretical references. I added one from the small business administration of Australia, kept two tutorial external links and removed one that seems more commercial than tutorial. --[[User:SwaG}} 07:25, 28 March 2013
