Consider moving the text under 'personal life' into 'professional life' or create a section for education, since currently the text is about his education.

Suggestions -- add bibliographic information for the publications. Also this article currently reads somewhat like a resume or cover letter for a job. It needs development, particularly in the area of "problems with Attorney General" and influence in human rights or other fields. Does he have an article in https://es.wikipedia.org?
