There is a mix-up with 2 different people: Marcel Jerome Rigollot: (1786-1854) and Paul Jean Rigollot (1810-1873):[edit]

Marcel Jerome Rigollot: 30 Sept.1786 (Doullins France) -> 29 Dec.1854 (Amiens France) was a doctor and an antiquarian famous for his role in the identification of evidence of some of Europe's earliest inhabitants. He has nothing to do with mustard plaster.

Paul-Jean Rigollot: 15 May 1810 (Saint-Etienne, France) -> 12 March 1873 (Paris, France) was a pharmacist and he gave his name to the "Rigollot's mustard leaves". He has nothing to do with the identification of evidence of some of Europe's earliest inhabitants.

They are not directly related.
