Life of Maria,Denis[edit]

There is more to the life of Maria Denis than what is presented in the English Wikipedia version. If at all possible, it would be wonderful if someone could translate into English what is written in the Italian Wikipedia version, of her life. Ms. Denis worked for the Resistance, in Italy, during World War II. She was arrested as a suspected operative for the Resistance. She was, also, arrested and taken to trial accused of being a collaborator to the Facists, after the War--of which she was acquitted. Ms. Denis risked her life for the Resistance. The book, Italian Girls, by Debbie Rix, is heavily inspired by the life of Ms. Denis. 73.162.230.175 (talk) 16:14, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
