Manuel García Prieto, 1st Marquis of AlhucemasManuel García Prieto, Marquis of Alhucemas – As per WP:COMMONNAME and WP:OBE: sources do not use the numeral to refer to him, and it is also entirely unneeded for disambiguation as there are not and will not be any other Marquis of Alhucemas with whom he can be mistaken: the García Prieto surname was lost as her daugther and successor married Manuel Sainz de Vicuña y Camino, meaning that all subsequent marquises of Alhucemas bear the Sainz de Vicuña surname. Support. Per above. While the nobiliary title has justification on the basis of common usage (as primary way to address the man and not necessarily from a rhetorical approach) by contemporary sources from 1911 onwards and to a fair extent also a number recent secondary sources (there is even a modest yet still significant corpus of English-language sources in this regard), the numeral is not justified per usage in any form whatsoever. That no Manuel García Prieto is expected to ever hold the title in the future again is the icing on the cake.--Asqueladd (talk) 11:29, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
