The above[edit]

Does the placard WikiProject Palaeontology have anything really to do with the subject of Mantelliceras, or is it there simply to be there. J.H.McDonnell (talk) 00:42, 31 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Taxonomic Terms[edit]

Animal, Mollusc, and Cephalopod, as pages are linked to from the taxobox, are not true taxonomic terms with taxonomic rank, although we sometimes do refer to the animal kingdom. Unfortunately the terms Animal, Mollusc, and Cephalopod became to respective titles for pages on the Kingdom Anamalia, Phylum Mollusca. and Class Cephalopoda which will probably link back to their respective, non-taxonomic vernacular equivalents. You have been told numerous times that pointless redirects are to be avoided, and thus the links are the way they are to eliminate that.--Kevmin § 01:05, 31 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
WP:NOTBROKEN. The term Animalia appears in 200k taxoboxes. It's not a pointless redirect. Plantdrew (talk) 03:02, 17 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Geographic links[edit]

Pages on the countries in the section on distribution have no information pertinent to the subject at hand Mantelliceras and should probably be delinked. J.H.McDonnell (talk) 01:03, 31 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information Transfer[edit]

The Italian page for this article has a lot more information and photos that would be useful to add to the English page. I currently don’t have the time to go through and translate it over. Would someone else be willing to do so? Luxquine (talk) 20:29, 15 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
