Image requiring fair use rationale[edit]

The image File:Mamie Smith-Complete Works Vol 1.png which I originally uploaded, used on this page, will be deleted if a fair use rationale is not added to justify its use in this article. Don't think we can really justify using a non-free image of an album cover in this context. We have a free image of the subject, and the album cover is not discussed at all in the article.--BelovedFreak 22:17, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
