Gerald E. Katen, Jr.[edit]

I have removed Gerald E. Katen, Jr. from the list of notable Maaloufs on this page. If we go down the route of including every notable person who has any Maalouf ancestors, the bloated eventual size of the page will significantly diminish its usefulness.
