Citations / Buzzwords / History[edit]

There's been a lot of work to add citations, many from non-primary sources, in this article, so I've taken the citations warning template away.

There are still a few sections where the language is abstract / buzzwordy. These need better explanation.

The history section could also be more elegant - largely a long list of projects without context at the moment
