Regarding location of the stub tag[edit]

Actually, I have seen stub tags at the top of the article, in several articles on wikipedia. Hence I had included there. I was unaware of such a rule — Preceding unsigned comment added by Snokia (talk • contribs) 12:03, 13 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
