WP:COMMONNAME for all the footballers is just "Luis Martínez", don't use middle names or maternal surnames professionally. Disambiguate by birthyear as per WP:NCSP, overlap of nationalities. Ortizesp (talk) 18:28, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nomination. These five men should not be disambiguated by unused middle names, incosistently-specified nationalities or maternal surnames. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 00:02, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Note: This discussion has been included in WikiProject Football's list of association football-related page moves. GiantSnowman 11:54, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom, more useful and consistent way of disambiguating and matches commonnames. GiantSnowman 11:57, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support 1st as a PDAB since this, thee 1987 and 1994 all get 20 views and the 1999 one gets 64[[1]]. No comment on 3rd, 4th and 5th per WP:NATURAL. Oppose 2nd per WP:NCPDAB "Years of birth and death are not normally used as disambiguators (readers are more likely to be seeking this information than to already know it), although this may be necessary when there are multiple people with the same name and tag." none of the others are described as being Guatemalan so nationality seems more useful. • Support per nom. -- Necrothesp (talk) 10:13, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
